Class will be held on Labor Day, Sept. 6. Please note that I might have to cancel the Sept. 27 class due to a conflict in scheduling. I will confirm the status of this date soon.
Monday 10 --11:30 am Iyengar Yoga Basics at Sacred Space Studio, 410 Bryant Circle, Suite A, in Ojai.
This is a gentle, therapeutic class suitable for all levels. Active seniors, beginners of all ages, are welcome to attend.
Tuition and attendance information
$80 for four classes within eight weeks ($20 per class)
Special rate for Sept/Oct.
$60 for four classes in four weeks ($15 per class)
(No make-up for missed classes. Time is extended if Suza cancels a class)
Drop-in rate for a single class is $20 (first-time and out-of-town students only).
Note: No sincere student is turned away due to lack of funds. Please let me know if you need to attend on a donation basis. Suggested donation per class: $5--$15.

Suza's Iyengar-style Yoga Lessons cover the safe-practice of all categories of poses: Restorative Poses, Standing Poses, Forward Bends, Back Bends, Twists, Inverted Poses, Lying Down Poses, Hip Openers, etc. Special attention is given to strengthening standing poses and deeply relaxing restorative yoga poses. Sessions are unhurried, with plenty of props to provide support so that your practice is rejuvenating and restores your energy reserves. You will learn the safe practice of the two-pillars of yoga: Headstand and Shoulderstand. Those who are new to yoga will have the opportunity to practice safe, gentle variations, suitable for beginners. All ages and levels are welcome.
